The bay pavement is a backdrop in the Bay Area. Understand "floor/metal" as the bay pavement. The description is "The floor is made from metal. It has been carved by many years of people walking over it, of ships landing and of debris falling from the outside."

The bay ceiling is a backdrop in the Bay Area. The description is "Quartz-halogen lamps light the hangar. The power is enough to make the ceiling invisible."

Some bay walls are a backdrop in the Bay Area. The description is "Scratched, punctured metal." Understand "metal" as the bay walls.

Some quartz-halogen lamps are a backdrop in the Bay Area. The description is "The pure white light is too intense to be stared at." Understand "halogen/quartz" as the quartz-halogen lamps.

The crystalline blackness is a backdrop in the Bay Area. Understand "sky/universe/space/cosmos/stars/lights" as the crystalline blackness. The description is "The sky is dotted by a thousand lights. The stars look nearer, from here, and maybe they are. A dazzle glows from the south, behind the ship flank's curvature."

Instead of taking or touching or pushing or pulling the faint light, say "The light is too high to be reached from here."

Waste Area is a region.

Instead of smelling when in the Waste Area, say "Death and decay. Long-forgotten death and decay."

Instead of listening when in the Waste Area, say "The steel walls prevent any noise from entering, but enhance your own to headache level. Your very breath sounds like an incoming hurricane."

Some dirt formations are a backdrop in the Waste Area. The description is "Rusty formations cover the walls of the duct. They look ancient as the dust you found in the underground vaults under Monarch. This place must be very old." Understand "rust/rusty/walls" as the dirt formations.

The Vacation House is a region.

Instead of smelling when in the Vacation House, say "The invigorating smell of salt fills your nostrils."

Instead of facing south when in the Vacation House, try examining the thunderstorm.

Instead of facing east when in the Vacation House:

say "You see Korhos.";

try examining Korhos.

Instead of facing north when in the Vacation House:

say "You can see Uncle Oren's house.";

try examining Uncle Oren's House.

Instead of facing west when in the Vacation House:

say "You can see Grey Cape, pointing its earthen finger to the thunderstorm.";

try examining Grey Cape.

The thunderstorm is a backdrop in the Vacation House. The description is "Black, dense clouds expand above the southern horizon, growing by the minute. Inside them, thunder sparkles and growls." The ocean is a backdrop in the Vacation House. The description is "The deep blue is infected by shades of orange, reflecting from the sky. Waves come and go, peacefully." Understand "water/sea/wave/waves" as the ocean.

Instead of drinking the ocean:

The sky is a backdrop in the Vacation House. The description is "Nothing in Monarch's sky is static. The three suns paint it a different hue each time of the day, depending on how they are set in their course. Now only Korhos is visible, its massive sphere bathing in the sea in a long sunset. The sky is an orange blend drowning into blue. To the south, dark clouds cage everything in black." Understand "morning/glow" as the sky.

Instead of taking the sky, say "You wave at the sky, trying to tame it, but fail."

Instead of touching the sky, try taking the sky.

The Uncle Oren's house is a backdrop in the Vacation House. "A two story building, a vacation house Uncle Oren has chosen as his retirement home. The wooden facade has been bitten by the brackish winter. Here and there the white paint has collapsed, exposing the dark parts underneath." Understand "building/home/vacation/wooden/facade/white/paint" as the Uncle Oren's house.

Instead of entering Uncle Oren's house, try going north.

Instead of touching the house:

if the player is in the Shore:

say "It's up above the beach, just 50 meters from here.";

otherwise:

say "It's sturdy enough to survive the winter.".

Grey Cape is a backdrop in the Vacation House. The description is "A headland of rock on which nothing found home. It dives into the ocean like the carcass of a godlike whale. Its last meters are bitten by the impending storm. Black gulls circle its higher tower." Understand "higher/tower/headland/rock/carcass/godlike/whale" as Grey Cape.

Instead of entering Grey Cape, try going north.

Instead of touching Grey Cape, say "Grey Cape is a couple of kilometers west of here."

Some black gulls are a backdrop in the Vacation House. The description is "Black gulls of Monarch. Some say they are the only indigenous life form still alive in all of the planet."

Instead of listening to the black gulls, say "You can barely hear their squeak."

Instead of doing something other than examining or listening to the black gulls, say "They are far out of reach."

Monarch is a backdrop in the Vacation House. The description is "Korhos is setting. Its outer halo burns with no warmth. Loud waves splash on the sand half a dozen meters from your feet. The deep blue of the ocean steals a bit of the sky's orange glow.[paragraph break]A thunderstorm is approaching, from the south."

Sehrn is a backdrop in the Vacation House. The description is "The yellow sun is nowhere to be seen. It will rise in three hours from now."

Instead of taking or touching Sehrn, say "It is beyond Monarch's horizon."

Fatimah is a backdrop in the Vacation House. The description is "Fatimah must be somewhere, on the other side of Korhos[first time]. Another two full weeks before the Initiative..[only]."

Instead of taking or touching Fatimah, say "It is beyond Korhos, a few million kilometers away."

[Outdoors is a region.

Korhos is a brightstar in outdoors. "The fiery halo around the biggest of the suns of Monarch sends spires of red spreading across space." Understand "sun", "star", "biggest", "big", "major", "red", "giant" as Korhos.

Three suns are brightstars in outdoors. "Korhos, the giant red. Fatimah, the small white. And Sehrn, the yellow, blowing life into all of Monarch." Understand "suns", "stars", "sky", "up" as the Three suns.

Fatimah is a brightstar in outdoors. "A sun so small it could be dwarfed by the other two. But its light is so powerful it is indeed the best visible[if we have not examined Fatimah].
