Section 8 - Hexagon
Hexagon is north of Second Station. "[first time]The narrow tunnel opens into a well lit area. Your eyes take a second to adjust to the brilliance.[paragraph break][only]A hexagonal room, lined in plaster and steel, with six doors opening into six more locations. Three of them look dead, while the others glow or flicker to different rhythms. To the south is the dark tunnel leading to the railway station; to the northwest and north the [first time](seemingly) [only]functioning exits."
The north door is a plaster door. It is north of the Hexagon. It is working. Understand "n" as the north door.
The northeast door is a plaster door. It is northeast of the Hexagon. It is broken. It is closed. Understand "ne" as the northeast door. It is not apparent.
The southeast door is a plaster door. It is southeast of the Hexagon. It is broken. It is closed. Understand "se" as the southeast door. It is not apparent.
The southwest door is a plaster door. It is southwest of the Hexagon. It is broken. It is closed. Understand "sw" as the southwest door. It is not apparent.
The northwest door is a plaster door. It is northwest of the Hexagon. It is working. Understand "nw" as the northwest door.
The totl_drs are scenery in the Hexagon. Understand "doors" as the totl_drs. The description is "Only the northwest and north doors look operative. The rest are dead as rocks." The printed name is "doors".
Instead of opening the totl_drs, say "The doors will open automatically."
Instead of closing the totl_drs, say "They are closed already."
Instead of going nowhere when in the Hexagon, say "The seemingly functioning doors are to the north and northwest. Otherwise you can go back south to the train station."
